I powered off the TV and Roku and router. I left the TV and Roku off until after I plugged the router back in and confirmed on my PC that internet connection was working again. Then I powered the TV and Roku back on.
Just an FYI -- I first tried a different cord. That didn't work. Then I plugged the Roku directly into the TV's USB port. That didn't help. The only thing that helped was the power-down of TV & Roku & router, then power back up in reverse order.
I am having the same issue (light comes on for 10 seconds, then flashes and shuts off). I have tried a different cord, using different outlets, and restarting my router. It is a model 3810X, SN: C138AA250944.
