I've read many posts of people having the same problem. I never saw a solution posted by the Roku team that worked. Then I saw that the discussion was marked solved and closed. I found nothing helpful whatsoever.

I log into the Roku Channel on my Firestick, but I dont see MY content. I only see all the "free" stuff. Its like I'm not even logged in, even tho it says my name at the top of the screen.
No error codes.
Troubleshooting = uninstall/reinstall. Sign in with QR code. Sign in with reg code > activate link. Sign in manually with username and pw.
Does the free stuff work? Then it's probably working as intended, since Roku says premium subs only work in their ecosystem.
