We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you have encountered with The Roku Channel not playing any content on your Roku device, and we're here to help.
As we've your account, your current channel store is in the U.S, and this should be corrected to be in Canada. To fix this, we recommend resetting your Roku device to factory defaults. Kindly refer below for the instructions:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Advanced system settings.
- Select Factory reset.
- If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything. ...
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: A Factory Reset will remove all the data on your Roku device, and you will need to reactivate it.
After performing a factory reset, activate the Roku device using an email address created under the Canada region.
