  • Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the Roku app? 
  • Please confirm whether your Roku mobile is up to date.
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Has there been any movement on this? It's still a problem. New Pixel phone, latest version of the Roku app, new Bluetooth headset... If the Roku is paused and any notification occurs on the phone, the Roku resumes playback. This is an incredibly silly bug and it needs to be resolved.
