Twice during the VOD movie on Roku Premiere 3920RW (Roku Premiere (3920 series) ), I noticed changes in volume at specific times. The volume decreased, followed by popping sounds for a few minutes before reaching 0, and then it suddenly recovered. However, upon rewinding and playing back, the issue did not occur at the same points. Have you tried replacing the batteries in your Roku device remote to see if that helps resolve the issue?
