Thank you. Since it has been happening more frequently, should I continue to track the incident numbers. This morning I was watching a show and the voice match was extremely off. It was virtually off by complete segments or scenes. I was happy that I got the tracking code I sent. I haven’t always caught it in time.
We would appreciate it if you could supply us with the information.

I am going through the exact same thing. They keep telling me an engineer will call me within 24 hours but nobody calls. The representatives don't seem to know anything and keep telling me to do stupid stuff like unplug it, reset it, etc. I returned the first TV thinking it was just a bad one and got a new one but the new one is doing the same thing. I'm about to return it too.
I've tried 3 different USB flash drives. What specific size, brand, and speed are you using?
I have tried several brands. The latest one is a Verbatim which is an acceptable size (maybe 32, not too little and not too much). I have never heard anything more after sending the error code to someone in the community.
When I first called I was asked to do all the typical things over and over and over again. I know that I will never buy another Roku tv again. I had a TCL Roku tv and never had an issue. I bought a small TCL tv with the ROKU platform and have no issues whatsoever. I just wish that someone would own up to there being an issue with the tv. It seems to happen when there is a flash drive in the USB port. If I didn't like the pause on live tv option I would have kept the LG tv that I bought before this. Very frustrating to never hear anything from ROKU. There are days that I wish this tv would just stop working so that I can justify getting a new non-ROKU tv.
To add to the issue, I can't make it through a show without having the repeat/garble issue happening at least 4 times during a show. I have to remove the flash drive just to watch a show without being crazy.
