Same thing happened to me tonight. It was working fine last night.
I think the PBS Roku app is down. I have two Streaming Stick 4K, a brand new 3820R2 and a 3810. The app is not working on either one. On the 3820 I deleted the app, unplugged for one minute, reinstalled the app and it just crashes upon opening. But PBS streaming is working fine on Windows so it has to be the Roku app.
Just so you know, I was able to watch PBS on all of my devices that were not connected to Roku. It is clearly a Roku issue ~ investigate before you give idiotic advice.

I’m here to complain about the same thing. PBS was working fine yesterday (Saturday November 16), and now it keeps crashing, sending me back to my Home screen. Nothing I’ve tried has worked either.
Well, let's all keep the pressure on.....Roku needs to fix this PBS issue. Lots of users are having the problem and everyone appears to be trying the 'solutions' with no joy.

The same thing has happened to me. I can access Passport via my local PBS affiliate on my desktop, but have no idea why their app has stopped working on Roku.
