Solving playback issues

Same here for me ~ it is Roku’s issue and they are trying to pawn it off on PBS ~ what a load of **bleep**!!

I am also having trouble with PBS on my tv. I did all you did and still not working. It works on my iPad.

Same here. With so many people having the same problem one would think Roku would get a clue and stop asking for their machine ID, and etc plus the name of their first whatever.  

This problem may be pbs' but it works on a firestick.  I have one and tried it.  So Roku get a clue and try to find out the problem.

Same here.  App actually disappeared on my bedroom tv, so I reinstalled it but it won’t open.  I sent email and have ticket #. 
Many of these programs are favorites and the reason I’ve been a sustaining member.

Cant remember a situation like this.  Guess I’ve been lucky.  Also glad I have a file with login info and password,

No matter what I do I can’t get the PBS app to open. I’ve tried this on all my Roku devices and it’s the same. I’ve tried deleting the app and restarting but when I try opening the app it just goes back to the Roku Home Screen. All other apps work fine - and I’ve never had this problem with pbs before

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them. We advised you to contact the channel partner while we're still investigating this problem.

Same here!!! What the heck?! Fine on phone and laptop. Just my 2 Roku devices, and I have LG TVs and they don't support PBS app which is why I have the d__n Roku!
