Solving playback issues

Having the same issue on my Roku devices as well when trying to load the PBS app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache & restarted, but it's the same problem. I click to launch the app, get the blue PBS screen & then it drops me right now back to the Roku home screen.

I have done everything also, even checked my router security. Its between roku and PBS as all other apps work.

This issue is marked resolved, but it is not resolved for me, and it seems like many users are experiencing the same problem. Unresolved.

I have done everything others have including PBS's advice to check router security. Nothing works. Its between PBS and Roku.

Same here.  Opened a ticket with both PBS and Roku.

The link you provided does not have any support process for the Roku app being nonfunctional.
