Agree with customer support not being good. Just chatted with "Dale," had some obvious things to try - system restart, factory reset - but his responses took so much time it was very frustrating. Now, he's escalated my issue to the "engineering team." He says 3-5 business days but doesn't know how they will reach me. I told him that the lag in his responses was worse than the audio lag thru the Roku. Note - TV is in sync with itself, only the Roku is out of sync. I bet I will never hear from the "team." Grrrr.
