Roku App Content won't load, black screen
I'm able to play one episode of any show using the Roku channel app. When it tries to go to the next episode in the series the screen just blacks out and I can't back out of the app. I have to exit to the main screen. When I re-enter the app all channels reappear but none load and again get an all black screen. All other apps on the Roku device work such as YouTube, FreeVee, Max, etc. I've restarted the device. I've deleted and re-installed the Roku channel at which time one episode will play again and then not advance to the next. This is the second day experiencing this. I stopped using the Roku app the previous day. On the next day I was able to play, once again, only one episode. I've tried updating the app but it says it's up to date. This occurs on 2 different Roku devices on 2 different television sets.

We would like to conduct an investigation into the issue you are encountering with the Roku Channel app.
We'd love to send this over to the team. Can you give us the details below to make it easier?
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times)
- App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
