Red Tint in channels during playback

When watching Apps the color of people and dark room have a strong red tint. Your solutions don't work.

This is also happening to me. It is for all streaming apps and live tv. It has happened on two of my tcl Roku TVs. They are both unusable and one is only 1 1/2 years old. I have tried factory reset. What else can I do? It is unwatchable.
