Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We understand that your Roku froze and your Roku remote doesn't interact with the frozen screen. Rest assured that we would be more than glad to assist you with this. Please confirm if you can navigate your Roku interface through your Roku remote. If you can, kindly do a system restart from Settings > System > System Restart. After performing this troubleshooting step, check to see if you notice any differences.
