I'm experiencing the exact same issue as @rl3224. The only difference is that I have only two Roku Express (3930, 3931 series) versus the 5 devices they mentioned.
Is this a new issue? I’ve been going through this for a few months now. I don’t feel comfortable posting my serial number on this thread, but I would love to understand why this is happening and how it could be resolved. I noticed this issue was posted a little over a year ago, so has there been any resolution yet?? Please point me in the right direction if so.
Was defective. Returned to Amazon. Issue resolved
