Solving playback issues

Let me know where you post your original comment above, I have the same issues with the Roku ultra. As an example if I’m watching YouTube tv and hit the home button open another app and then decide to go back to YouTube tv the device keeps the circle going for approx 45 seconds before opening youtubetv. Or vice versa with other apps.

I am having the same problem with both of my new 2024 Ultras.  Both seem to reboot several times per week upon start up.  They aren't updating, just rebooting.

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
• Photo or a short video of the incident
