on roku channel only but on all my roku devices and apps.  just started about 30 min ago. doesn't load content when searching also

I got a blue/purple screen that says failed to load content. Press OK to reload. NOTHING !!!!!!

Also this robot voice is explaining each icon: home, search, whatever is on there but nothing will come up. Was working earlier. I unplugged and re-plugged still nothing. 

With what I'm seeing here it definitely has to be a Roku issue. Doesn't seem to be anyway to personally contact Roku to talk with someone.

I did too.  At the request of the service tech because I was already having trouble, THEN, it won't work at all.
