Pluto channel keeps pausing

I'm unable to watch a movie horror channel or terror because it keeps popping up return to channel or it's on pause in the movie will come in for about 1 minute and then go back out to will be right back. What is wrong with Roku or Pluto. I want to watch a movie but I can't without those interruptions or it goes back to the homepage. Someone help me please!

We understand that you're having issues with the Pluto channel. We would highly recommend the following steps below:

  • Remove the channel >> Restart the device >> Add channel.
  • Update the channel by highlighting the app and pressing the star button on your remote.
  • Restart the router.
  • Contact the channel provider for further assistance as this issue may be known on their end.
