Re: PlayStation 3 not being recognized

Hi @Aacemone,

A warm welcome here in the Roku Community!

We will be more than happy to further investigate this issue that you're having. May we know what Roku device you're using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)

We'll wait for your response.

Thanks,                                                                                                                                              John

Re: PlayStation 3 not being recognized

Hi @Aacemone,

Thank you for the additional information!

We understand you're having a problem with the PlayStation on your Roku TV since it will not recognize it. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to ensure that your Roku TV is up-to-date. Sometimes, TV updates can improve compatibility with external devices. Try a Different HDMI Port: If your TV has multiple HDMI ports, try connecting the PlayStation to a different port. This can help rule out if there's an issue with a particular port.

We hope this helps, and please keep us posted if you need anything else.

Best regards,                                                                                                                                      John
