After reading through suggestions, I tried the factory reset of my Roku TV. Peacock still tells me to subscribe but then tells me I have a subscription. I cannot remove the app and reinstall it as that option is not there. There is no option to clear the cache and I am at a loss. It was working and now it is not. This is a Sharp Roku TV if that helps. It launches to the Peacock page but does not open programs.

Turn off auto-renew to cancel your subscription before removing the app from your Roku device. If you don't see the Remove App option, you might still have an active subscription or be in your current billing cycle.
