We understand that you are experiencing issues with the Paramount channel. We are here to assist you. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Update the channel: Highlight the channel tile, press the star button on your Roku remote, and select check for updates.
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile, press the star button on your Roku remote, and select Remove channel.
- Restart your Roku device: By going to settings, system, power, and system restart. If you cannot see the power option, skip it and proceed to the system restart.
- To add the channel again, Scroll down to search, enter the channel's name, and select Add channel.
If the problem continues even after trying the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play without issues, please contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the problem and seek assistance. The developers of the respective channels manage Roku channels. In this situation, an issue specific to that channel may need to be resolved with an update from the developers.
