Solving playback issues

I didn’t see your response and went the opposite direction: I opened Paramount+ in Safari on my iPad Air and casted to my 4 Series, via the same wifi that the tv runs on. That works. I did ensure the TV and the App were updated as well and some days ago when this started, I uninstalled and reinstalled the App. This has all been on the 4 series, but I checked the other TVs and they all state that it’s not available in this region. 
upon seeing that I immediately considered that my StarLink was connected to Canada as I’m on the south shore of Lake Superior. It typically has been Chicago or Minneapolis.

This doesn’t work it’s past time to get Paramount involved it’s only happening on Roku devices and every single one

My Roku is several years old. I installed the Paramount+ app and it looked to install successfully. However, when I open it, it fails saying it's a temporary error. The app says it's up to date (I checked for updates) but the last update was in 2020. Is my Roku just too old to get an updated app?

@Trevor_s, if your device's last update was in 2020, I'm guessing it's too old.  What's the model number that's displayed under Settings->System->About?

If your Roku device isn't receiving the latest software updates, it's classified as a Legacy Device. This means it is an older model that no longer has official support, which may lead to compatibility issues with newer apps and features.
