Solving playback issues

I got that error as well but it just so happened that I didn’t update my credit card on my Roku. Then it was OK. Still cannot watch the Super Bowl but it did let me sign into Paramount+

Halfway into second quarter and Paramount plus still shows a black screen if you play SuperBowl. Roku just acknowledged they are having issues. I wonder when they will resolve it.

No, that didn't work earlier.  It hasn't worked this time.  So, instead of rebooting, let's try something else.

that doesn't do anything. I'm having the same issue - black screen, did the software update, restarted roku - still a black screen. 

I want a refund for Paramount plus.  How do I get that?

I gave up. Paramount thru Roku still failing for us. Cancelling Paramount as soon as possible.
