Thanks for letting us know that you're having trouble with the Roku Live TV Guide when selecting channels using the arrow app button of your Roku remote. We would be more than willing to assist you with this.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps below:
Restart your Roku device:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Try using the Roku mobile app to select a channel inside the Roku Live TV Guide. If the issue continues, please let us know.
