I would like to add my self with the same problem as the one described by the post author, also is not uncommon that the soundbar pro when you turn it on simple does not send video signal at all and need to be unplug from the power and plugged again for it to start working again that paired with the random crash and restart several times a day it is rendering the experience quite annoying and frustrating.

I also have this same problem. The soundbar used to work so well. It’s been like this for a few months now. It’s super frustrating because I have the whole sound system.
Model- 9101X
Serial Number: YL00DT652958
Software Version: 12.5.0 - build 4178-95

This happens on most channels — YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, MAX. It has to be a software issue.

Happens when changing apps, especially with Apple TV+. PBS app starts but crashes and reverts to Roku home screen.
Have tried multiple restarts, resetting network, etc.
Please fix this!
