Solving playback issues

The app DOES work fine on my Apple TV, but Freezes same as user above says on my ROKU...

I am having the same type of problem the program continues play but the screen freezes the commercial picture. My mom also has a Roku and she is having these issues

Roku channel on Roku device commercials freeze.. multiple rokus always the Roku channel movie.

funny how its been going on for months without any resolution from roku

I’m having the same issue with the Spectrum app. I also have Ultra 2020. It sounds like Roku is the issue since there are several apps with the same issue.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
• tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
• steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.

Happens on all the Roku express devices

all of the John wick movies
