Re: Not enough memory please delete channels

Hi, @gbrendle12

Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community.

We came across your post where you mentioned that you had encountered an error message on your Roku device related to not having enough memory, and we're here to help. The common troubleshooting step that resolves this issue is to delete the channels that you rarely use and perform a system restart. Please be guided on the instructions below for the troubleshooting step:

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

Once this is performed, you can now access your channels without having the error message pop-up on your screen.

We hope this works, and let us know if you have further concerns or inquiries.

Best wishes,
Kash
