Once you subscribe to an app, you can't remove it until the subscription ends. The option to remove the app is not displayed.
I finally was able to get a support chat agent to acknowledge the app is not working. They told me to try back in 24 hours, that was two days ago, and as of this morning, I still get the buffering ring and back to the Home page.
I cancelled my subscription, so I won't get charged for November, at which point I will delete the app. I thought of trying to get a refund for the time lost in October, but figure it's probably a waste of energy so I won't bother with reloading the app either.
It's the only app that won't allow me to remove and reinstall. Everything else works fine.

The NFL App crashes seconds after I attempt to load it. The NFL wheel spins for a few seconds, the normal menus appear for a second or two on the left side and then it goes back to the home screen. It ran fine 3 days ago. I have restarted the Roku streaming stick, restarted my LG TV (where other apps run fine), removed and reloaded the NFL app. It runs fine on the browser on my laptop.

I am having exactly the same problem with my NFL app. It opens, attempts to load, side menus load, then it crashes me back to the Roku home screen.
