I missed a payment for the NFL App on Roku TV yesterday, today the money was taken out of my account but now when I click on the app I get the loading circle & returned to the home screen
i got the nfl plus subscription through roku and the app will not open on any of my rokus....i've tried restarting them...deleting and reinstalling the app...i unplugged the power for two minutes then plugged back in...i go on nfl.com and it doesn't recognize my subscription through roku so i can't watch it on there...does anyone have any suggestions? i click the app and the logo appears in the middle then after about 5 seconds it sends me back to the roku home screen
I just subscribed and having same problem.
Mine is doing the same thing. I can't remove it to reinstall it either. The app works fine on my phone. I am not happy with Roku right now.

Called Roku, they claim it’s an NFL issue and not a Roku issue.
