Solving playback issues

With all due respect, your response was a lesson in obscurity. Should we be looking for assistance from xfinity or from each individual channel provider that feeds xfinity, in this case, Newsmax, or both?

Newsmax is finally working after 7 days. I wonder if Xfinity will give us credit for their screwup. I wish Verizon was in my neighborhood.

I dont know problem only on roku was watching Fox on tablet yesterday and Newsmax X1 live last night ok but surprised this a.m it's working from Roku Hooray!
