Firstly, is this the only channel you are having this issue with? As we checked, it seems like you have multiple devices linked to your Roku account. May we know if all of your devices are being affected by this? Also, are there any error messages prompted on your screen? If so, kindly provide it to us. 

Furthermore, what troubleshooting methods have you tried to try and resolve the issue you are currently experiencing?

The best course of action will be suggested once we have a better understanding of the situation. We'll be anticipating your response!
