What is an R635? Is that a Roku device? A Roku TV maybe?
Get the Roku model number and OS version/build from Settings > System > About
Assuming the device is a Roku device, are Netflix and YouTube the only apps with which a problem occurs? To other apps play fine?
List three things that won't play on Netflix. We can try them and perhaps determine if Netflix is having an issue.
Any other information you can offer would be helpful in troubleshooting.
