Netflix cracks pops freezes then roku streambar crashes

Having loads of issues with Netflix on Roku streambar (UK) the audio pops crackles , stops ( but video keeps playing) then the remote is unresposnive, after a shortwhile the screen goes black then the streambar shows an orange light followed by a re-boot.

 No VPN in use, just standard internet access from ISP

We understand that you are having an issue streaming Netflix with your Roku Streambar. We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues. Does the issue only occur on the Netflix app or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

Have you tried removing the affected Netflix app and then re-installing it? If not, we suggest starting here. In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your Roku device before re-adding the channel to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
