I have no sound. I can see the mute icon on the screen but am unable to navigate the arrows on my simple remote to the icon. What did I do to mute my TV and how do I unmute?
IF you have a Roku player and a non-Roku TV, then that mute symbol is probably coming from your TV. (I'm about 99% certain of that.) You can use your TV remote to unmute.
