Unacceptable! Playoffs and can only watch 2 plays before getting kicked out to Home Screen. We have all tried updating app version and emptying the cache

Roku – You need to step in and put some effort in and fix this I used to be a supporter of Roku but you’re letting this happen during the playoffs is totally unacceptable and if this does not get fixed we will likely leave Roku altogether unacceptable

Same issue here...I wonder if this is a Roku issue or an NFL app issue (similar to the November issues where the app wouldn't load at all)? Seems to me NFL needs to hire a better software team!

NFL+ app crashing while watching replay games
This weekend. Watching a replay game, approx 5-7mins into the game it stop playing and it goes into Roku home screen. Other times, it stop playing and Roku goes into restart mode. And it happens all the time. I checked app update, roku update, and reboot to no avail.

I had the exact issue after w to 3 min app would crash on any full game replay from Saturday or Sunday. I called.support but no solution. They sent me to the nfl but you only get a pre recorded message. I paid for the nfl but it isn't working. Very frustrating.

OK, I attempted to view the condensed version of the Bronco-Bills game on NFL+. This crashes my Roku TV every time. NFL+ version is 5.0.76. Here is the information from Issue Tracker, collected after the TV crashed and restarted:
