I started having the NFL app fail to execute boot up a few days ago on my Westinghouse 58" model WR58UX4019 TV Serial number YN003P768900. It did boot once yesterday 11-23-24 but today, it will not complete the boot up of the app, just goes back to the home screen over and over. I did a full system reset and verified updates were current, but the same issue exists. I can boot the app up on the TCL TV with no problem so it appears to be related to my Westinghouse model only at this time.
I followed the support steps and it did not resolve the issue. I am able to stream on phone, but not any Roku device. Please advice.
It's Nov 24th and the issue has not been resolved. Open the app on Roku TV, and it spins around for a second, then goes back to the Home screen. I'm on version 5.0 build 72.
Any advice that tells me to remove the NFL app and reinstall can't be done because uninstalling is not listed as an option for the NFL app. My choices are:
Move app
Move app to top
Manage subscription
Check for updates
Close
When I check for updates it says I'm up to date. What do you advise I do to fix this?
My app Will not load neither and seems to only happening in the roku
Not working, tried all of the above. Works fine on my phone, appears to be a Roku issue, please fix.

The NFL App crashes seconds after I attempt to load it. The NFL wheel spins for a few seconds, the normal menus appear for a second or two on the left side and then it goes back to the home screen. It was working during the early games but started dying with the late afternoon games.

Same problem, Roku. NFL app looks like it's going to load then cuts back to Roku home screen. Please fix! Seems this is affecting a lot of people!
