Translation: My Roku 32 TV is addicted. What to do?

Translated from Portuguese:

My Roku TV started to change apps on my own. I thought it would be a problem in control, I took the batteries and it continues to pass between the applications and settings, turn on and off, volume goes from 0 to 100 in seconds, I can not see anything, what can I do to solve?
