- When did the issue occur?
- What software version is your Roku device currently running? (Check on Settings > System > About)
- Do you have any other device(s) connected to your TV? (e.g., speakers and other sound systems)
- Have you tried restarting your Roku device?
- Have you tried restarting your network router?
In the meantime, please try power-cycling your Roku device by unplugging it from the wall power outlet and plugging it back in to fix temporary glitches. You can also restart your network router to refresh the network connection.
