Issue switching between HDR10+ and HDR content with Roku Ultra 4800X

Hey all,

I have a Roku Ultra 4800X and a Samsung TV.  I've noticed that if I watch HDR10+ content in Paramount+ and then switch to Netflix to watch something in regular HDR, the TV gets stuck in HDR10+ mode.  This only happens with the Roku and not the built in TV apps - the TV correctly switches back to regular HDR mode in Netflix in that scenario.

 

So it seems like an issue with Roku to me unless anyone has noticed this with other devices.

This actually appears to be a Samsung TV issue and not a Roku one.  I tested today with a Fire TV Cube and have the same issue.
