I am not able to access anymore is it true that Xfinity no longer supports Roku?

Thank you for the response.
No error message/code...it says the NOW TV package is not available on this device. It worked fine the night before...yesterday turned on the TV and I was unable to access the App.
It said I had to go to Xfinity .com/authorize to activate...did it and still no access. Reached out to Xfinity and 4 hours later I needed a streaming box...I'll leave it right there...as you can imagine the rest of the conversation.

We suggest reaching out to them again so they can take a closer look, as most apps on Roku are managed, maintained, and regulated by the channel provider itself.
