We understand you're having a problem with the channels on your Roku since they were not working. We're happy to help. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
Restart your Wi-Fi or router
You may need to reset your internet connection if you are having trouble streaming content with your Roku device.
- Locate your internet router and reset it by doing the following:
- Unplug it from its power source. Wait 10 seconds, then plug it directly into a power outlet
- Press the Reset button located on the bottom or back of the device and wait for a few minutes, then try loading content on your Roku device again
- If you need help with this step, contact your internet service provider
Restart your Roku device
Settings → System → Power → System Restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step)
