I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
buffer:loop:demux.dash:manifest update failed 30 times:extra:content_id:1i:etype:buffer:num_key:1:num_lic:1:program_id:
I have 3 TV's and I only get this error on one of them.
I have unplugged the TV
I have rebooted my router
I can not delete the App (due to having a subscription)
I have updated both the app and Roku

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
Hi @RfB0837,
Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!
If the issue persists on one channel after attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the problem and get help. The channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from them.
Please let us know if there's anything else that we can do to assist you.
Best,

Two methods have been reported as means of removing the channel app in the hope that a re-install will now be visible in the home page channel grid. Note that these methods remove the channel app itself from your Roku account, but do NOT cancel any paid subscription you may have for this channel.

VIA ROKU REMOTE APP ON ANDROID AND IOS DEVICES
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
When in the Roku remote app on your mobile device:
• If necessary, click "Devices" at the bottom of the screen, and connect to one of your Roku devices.
• Again at the bottom of the first screen click on the "Search" magnifying glass and search for your channel.
• Click AND HOLD the channel you wish to remove (a quick click will bring up the remote controls instead).
• Click on "Remove" and confirm.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
Same problem for me. Not sure how to fix. Tried everything I can think of short of factory reset which I don’t want to do. My guess it’s an update sent to TV that messes something up with FanDuel app. All other apps working fine and FanDuel working on my other TV. This is a Roku Tv issue.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
John,
Tried doing this with FanDuel and they said this is a Roku issue which I believe to be Correa’s other TV not having this issue. So what to do Mr. Roku???

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
Hi @Bman66,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We understand that you're having an issue with the Fanduel app on your Roku. No worries, we're here to help.
Please share a few details:
- Are you referring to the FanDuel Sports Network app or the FanDuel TV+ app?
- Photo of the error that you see on the TV screen.
How do I insert an image in a post? - When did this issue start?
- Did you receive an update? If so, what is the latest OS version of the Roku device?
We look forward to your response.
Cheers,
Roku Community Team.

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
I am using the FanDuel Sports Network app
Different Software Versions:
I checked the Software Versions on my TV. All the tv' are set to check for updates daily, but the tv that is having the problem has a different version than the tvs that are working correctly.
The 1 TV with problem is Version 14.5.4 - errors when playing
The 3 TVs working properly are Version 14.5.4 - no errors when playing live games on Fanduel

Re: I am getting the following error when watching Fanduel
Thanks for your response @RfB0837,
We'd like to take a closer look into this. Please provide us with the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and Software and build version (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
- When did this issue start?
- Picture of the TV screen displaying the error.
We'll wait for your reply.
Thanks,
