Hi @LowPOWER
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I have passed along your information and concern to our Support team. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your email since they'll be reaching out to you from there.
All the best,
Kariza
I have tried everything but still says lack of power
Hello @ArleneGalloway
Thanks for reaching out!
If you have tried all the suggestions in this support link: What to do if the red light is flashing, or you see a "low-power" warning, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
We look forward to your response.
All the best,
Kariza
I'm running into the same low power issue with my Express 4K+ I'm using the stock USB cable and power adapter. Any ideas?
BUMPING This thread.
I'm quarantining at my lake house and only have this non functioning Ruku for TV... would be nice to be able to actually use it.
YOOOOOOOOO is the move here to just throw it away and order another??? I've only used it like 10 times
Same problem, insufficient power on Roku Express S/N C33956637688. I have 3 more working Express devices and swapped out all the power and HDMI with all 3, and the only failing part is this express device. Help appreciated!
I've pretty much given up on getting any support through this channel. I did Tweet @Roku and got a response. I would recommend that approach, rather than this "community"
Thanks for the posts.
Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
Thanks,
Danny
