I just installed the Roku in on my TV. The install went fine until I tried to use it. The beginning screen came up and it does not seem to matter which I select - Live TV, Roku, or Pluto TV, as soon as I make the selection the screen with the HCDP Error 020 comes up, blocks the screen, although the sound continues. I have done the reset a couple of times and even changed the HDMI cable Does the same thing every time. I have tried other suggestions, but it is to no avail. I have an LG TV. Not too happy with ROKU at the moment. I wanted to switch all the TV's in my house away from the cable, since I know that is going away. I would appreciate any suggestions.
