Green screen - Roku Ultra Model: 4661R SKU: 6293215
Roku was working fine all day. I switched inputs to play Xbox and came back to a persistent green screen. Power cycles and switching hdmi had no difference. Connected TV is only a 15 months old and all other inputs work with other devices but not with the Roku.
Can you please provide us the following information: -Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button) -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times) -steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing -screenshot of the issue
Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.
You're going to your Xbox long enough for your Roku to kick into its low power standby mode.
If you have a "Settings > System > Power" menu item, deactivating the power saving option you find under "Auto power savings" will prevent your Roku from going into standby.
