Recently, only Netflix freezes and drops from my Roku device. That TV also has the ability to pick up channels and when I go there all is fine. Other TVs in the house also work perfectly with Roku and Netflix. Why might my Roku be doing this with Netflix and what is the fix?
In some case, removing the affected channel then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
