I have a TCL Roku TV (50S535) and there's some kind of glitch between the TCL TV models and the new 4k F1TV premium. The picture freezes after 5 seconds. It's definitely not a bandwidth issue--the TV is hard wired and we have 300mbps and no issues with other 4k/HDR/Dolby channels. Other people with similar TVs are reporting the same.

Re: F1TV Premium freezing on TCL Roku TV
I've done all that. I've run an update. I've rebooted the tv. It's an issue with the app and TCL tvs. There are dozens of people posting on Reddit about it.

Re: F1TV Premium freezing on TCL Roku TV
I have the 55R635 and I have exactly the same problem. The TV and the App are both fully up to date. It seems to be restricted to just 4k HDR playback within the app (non-4k videos in the app play just fine as well as 4k non HDR driver streams) but there is no way to set the playback lower than 4k or to turn off HDR playback.
