I have a TCL Roku TV (50S535) and there's some kind of glitch between the TCL TV models and the new 4k F1TV premium. The picture freezes after 5 seconds. It's definitely not a bandwidth issue--the TV is hard wired and we have 300mbps and no issues with other 4k/HDR/Dolby channels. Other people with similar TVs are reporting the same.

I've done all that. I've run an update. I've rebooted the tv. It's an issue with the app and TCL tvs. There are dozens of people posting on Reddit about it.
I have the 55R635 and I have exactly the same problem. The TV and the App are both fully up to date. It seems to be restricted to just 4k HDR playback within the app (non-4k videos in the app play just fine as well as 4k non HDR driver streams) but there is no way to set the playback lower than 4k or to turn off HDR playback.
F1tv app Ver 2.0 build 1115926
Tcl model 74s425
Software version 14.1
Everything is up to date and it's still buffering. Please help.
I have a TCL 50S533 with exactly the same problem. I tried anll suggestions to resolve this with no success. Any update on a fix?
I upgraded to premium a couple of days ago. Live content keeps freezing now. Never had one problem with F1TV Pro. Is there a fix that actually works.
Same issue on all 3 TCL Roku TVs.
As previously stated, tons of TCL Roku users with exactly the same issue. Seems to be very specific to TCL Roku. Other Roku devices work.
Any updates?
There's also mention that TCL Roku is no longer supported by F1TV, not sure if that's true.
It's time to upgrade TVs anyway. Looks like they won't be TCL or probably even Roku.
Hey everyone! Thanks for reporting this.
It looks like you're having a problem with the F1TV premium since it was freezing.
If you need more help, contact the F1 TV app support. They can provide better troubleshooting specific to your issue.
We hope everything will be sorted out soon for you!

Still and issue. Freezes after 5 seconds. F1TV tech support is useless. After several emails they told me Roku is not compatible with 4k. I'm terribly disappointed in both F1TV and Roku for not getting this sorted out.
