Just wanted to post this in hopes of helping someone else solve their buffering problem. Installed an Express HD and it worked flawlessly for several months. Then Spectrum had a several hours outage and when it came back up only the Spectrum App had buffering issues. After doing everything including having Spectrum fix a few physical layer issues, it turned out to be that my WiFi signal was too strong for the Spectrum App. Moved the AP and all is well again. Just very strange that all other Apps worked fine, just not the Spectrum App until I toned down the WiFi signal strength.
