Equipment faulty- no replies
So having bought a replacement Roku system 5 months ago the remote doesn’t work, on trying to ask if there’s a guarantee I’ve had no response to 2 requests for help on Roku.
judging by the posts on here it seems Roku has nil customer service and surely deserves to have their sales of equipment decline rapidly

I have read hundreds of replies just for remote volume issues, which I have. It seems to me that Roku is just junk. I have 2 ultra boxes and problems with the remotes. I paid a lot of money for them. I love how Roku ask for more info, but it is all their products. Fix the problem. I will never by Roku junk again. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately, Roku will not help you, but will tell you more info is needed and give you the basic fixes that don't work.
