My Roku won't change sound volume through the Echo Dot Gen 3. Roku says it's thinking in the upper right corner, and Alexa says "okay" when I ask it to mute Roku, but it doesn't mute or change the volume. I looked at everything that I could to find a solution but found none. I have a Motorola TV.
All devices have the most current updates.
Just wondering if anyone has an idea of what I can try.
