Disney + app not working on TCL Roku tv

It works fine on the Roku sticks in the house but not on the tv. We've done all the troubleshooting steps and it was working fine this morning. Has anyone else had this issue?

We understand that you're having trouble streaming the Disney Plus app on your Roku device, and we'd like to assist you.

Could you please tell us the exact behavior of your Disney Plus? (Is it crashing back to the home screen? Buffering or not loading, or any specific app behavior?)

To make sure that there are no steps left undone, try the following troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  2. Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart Now.
  3. Re-install the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Streaming Store and add the channel again.

You may also need to check for app updates and download the latest version of the app. To do so, highlight the app and select "Check for App Updates."
